NASCAR at Richmond: Odds, key stats, bets to consider for second playoff race

Brad Keselowski earned his third consecutive win Sunday in the opening playoff race in Las Vegas Motor Speedway, but a fourth consecutive win seems unlikely as NASCAR heads to Richmond’s short track for Saturday night’s Federated Auto Parts 400.

Richmond is a level, 3/4-mile track that’s quite like New Hampshire’s and Phoenix’s apartment tracks. Drivers who have had success have been contenders in Richmond.

NASCAR seen with Phoenix and New Hampshire after each sooner. From the desert, Kevin Harvick took the checkers, but Kyle Busch led the most laps. Harvick also won at New Hampshire, but it was Kurt Busch leading the most laps.

Keselowski finished 15th and 32nd in Phoenix and New Hampshire this year, but he has finished 11th or better in the last six races in Richmond. A top-10 seems likely for the No. 2 team, but you will find drivers more fit for the short-track racing on Saturday.
