Ben Stokes begins legal action against The Sun newspaper over report on family tragedy

His mom and england all-rounder Ben Stokes have launched legal action against The Sun newspaper after it printed a story reporting from more than three decades ago.
The cricketer lambasted the paper when it printedincredibly debilitating, sensitive and individual information about his family , beating it asentirely disgusting.
Proceedings at the High Court were filed in September 30, based on Byline Investigates, on News Group Newspapers (NGN) – The Suns parent firm.
The instance is recorded as a intellectual property claim.
A representative of The Sun declined to comment.
The narrative on September 17 worried a family catastrophe involving the 28-year-olds mother, Deborah Stokes.
In a post on Twitter – that received thousands of retweets, likes and encouraging remarks – Stokes reported a reporter had turned up in his parents home in New Zealandout of the blue to inquire them about the catastrophe.
The Sun responded that it had contacted Stokes before printing the guide andat no point did their representatives ask us to not release the narrative.
It noted the few along with the cricketer had dropped to comment.
